Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VidyoMax ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the VidyoMax website (vidyomax.com) and the VidyoMax publishing application (the "App"). VidyoMax is operated by Hüseyin Altop, İzmir, Türkiye.

1. What the App does

The App is an internal tool. It is used only by VidyoMax to publish videos to, and read performance statistics from, YouTube channels and Instagram accounts that VidyoMax itself owns. It is not offered to the public and does not access other people's accounts.

2. Information we access

Google / YouTube. When a VidyoMax YouTube channel is connected, the App uses the YouTube API Services to:

  • upload videos and set their title, description, tags, privacy status, scheduled publish time and thumbnail;
  • read basic channel and video information (channel ID, title, video list and status);
  • read YouTube Analytics reports for our own videos (views, watch time, audience retention and similar metrics).

Meta / Instagram. When a VidyoMax Instagram professional account is connected, the App uses the Instagram API to read basic profile information, publish media we created, and read insights (views, reach, saves, shares, average watch time) for that account.

Website visitors. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and delivery purposes.

3. How we use this information

We use the information only to publish our own content, schedule it, and measure how it performs so we can improve future videos. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties for advertising, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to operating our own channels.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

VidyoMax's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By using the YouTube features of the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Storage and security

Access tokens are stored encrypted on servers we control and are never included in logs, emails or public pages. Statistics are stored only as long as needed to analyse performance and are deleted when no longer needed, or within 30 days of a deletion request. Access is limited to the VidyoMax team.

6. Sharing

We do not share data obtained through the YouTube API Services or the Instagram API with any third party, except service providers that host our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

7. Revoking access and deleting data

When access is revoked, the App can no longer use the account, and we delete the stored tokens and related data within 30 days.

8. Children

The App and website are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Bu politika, VidyoMax'in ("biz") vidyomax.com sitesi ve VidyoMax yayın uygulaması ("Uygulama") kapsamında bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. VidyoMax'i Hüseyin Altop (İzmir, Türkiye) işletir.

1. Uygulama ne yapar

Uygulama bir iç araçtır. Yalnızca VidyoMax tarafından, VidyoMax'in kendisine ait YouTube kanallarına ve Instagram hesaplarına video yayınlamak ve bu hesapların performans istatistiklerini okumak için kullanılır. Herkese açık değildir ve başka kişilerin hesaplarına erişmez.

2. Eriştiğimiz bilgiler

Google / YouTube. Bir VidyoMax YouTube kanalı bağlandığında Uygulama, YouTube API Hizmetleri ile:

  • video yükler; başlık, açıklama, etiket, gizlilik durumu, zamanlanmış yayın saati ve kapak görselini ayarlar;
  • temel kanal ve video bilgilerini (kanal kimliği, başlık, video listesi ve durumu) okur;
  • kendi videolarımızın YouTube Analytics raporlarını (izlenme, izlenme süresi, izleyici tutma vb.) okur.

Meta / Instagram. Bir VidyoMax Instagram profesyonel hesabı bağlandığında Uygulama, Instagram API ile temel profil bilgisini okur, ürettiğimiz içerikleri yayınlar ve o hesabın istatistiklerini (izlenme, erişim, kaydetme, paylaşım, ortalama izlenme süresi) okur.

Site ziyaretçileri. Sitede reklam veya takip çerezi kullanılmaz. Barındırma sağlayıcımız güvenlik ve sayfa sunumu için IP adresi, tarayıcı türü gibi teknik verileri işleyebilir.

3. Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız

Bilgileri yalnızca kendi içeriğimizi yayınlamak, zamanlamak ve performansını ölçerek sonraki videoları iyileştirmek için kullanırız. Bu bilgileri satmayız, kiralamayız, reklam amacıyla üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmayız ve kendi kanallarımızı işletmek dışında bir amaçla kullanmayız.

4. Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası

VidyoMax'in Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım şartları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.

Uygulamanın YouTube özelliklerini kullanarak YouTube Hizmet Şartları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Google'ın verileri nasıl işlediği Google Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.

5. Saklama ve güvenlik

Erişim anahtarları kontrolümüzdeki sunucularda şifreli saklanır; günlüklere, e-postalara veya herkese açık sayfalara asla yazılmaz. İstatistikler yalnızca performans analizi için gerektiği sürece tutulur; gerekmediğinde ya da silme talebinden sonra en geç 30 gün içinde silinir. Erişim yalnız VidyoMax ekibiyle sınırlıdır.

6. Paylaşım

YouTube API Hizmetleri veya Instagram API üzerinden alınan verileri, gizlilik yükümlülüğü altında altyapımızı barındıran hizmet sağlayıcılar ve yasal zorunluluklar dışında hiçbir üçüncü kişiyle paylaşmayız.

7. Erişimi kaldırma ve veri silme

Erişim kaldırıldığında Uygulama o hesabı artık kullanamaz; saklanan anahtarları ve ilgili verileri 30 gün içinde sileriz.

8. Çocuklar

Uygulama ve site 13 yaşın (veya ülkenizdeki asgari yaşın) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir; bilerek onların bilgisini toplamayız.

9. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; güncellediğimizde yukarıdaki tarih değişir. Sorular için: iletisim@vidyomax.com.
